Sorus / team evaluation checklist

[ ] Choose a representative repository and exact source commit.
[ ] Record toolchain, Cargo command, feature flags and dependency lock.
[ ] Confirm release support, network requirements and external services.
[ ] Establish baseline hardware, cache state and measurement boundaries.
[ ] Run cold and repeated-work samples separately, retaining failures.
[ ] Compare workload outcomes, logs and expected artifacts.
[ ] Measure end-to-end waiting time; report sample count and spread.
[ ] Confirm monthly terms, allowance, concurrency and exhaustion behavior.
[ ] Review security, data handling, support and cancellation terms.
[ ] Keep existing CI available through an observed evaluation.
[ ] Agree whether any results may be published and attributed.
